 Naomi and Ruth Naomi was widowed in a place called Moab, She did miss her husband, she was feeling sad, She'd lost her two sons, and was yearning for home So she told Ruth and Orpah she'd decided to go Home to Bethlehem, family, and Israel's God. Orpah was sorry to see her mother-in-law leave, She shed many tears, and she was deeply grieved But Ruth could not bear to tell Naomi good-bye Where you go, I will go, and care for you, I'll try. Where you go, I will go, and care for you, I'll try. Once back in Bethlehem Boaz did Ruth meet Ruth worked in his fields, gathering barley and wheat, Ruth cared for Naomi and won great acclaim For her love and devotion, bless-ed be her name!
