WHAT YOU NEED

• Two 4X6 foam squares for the star - yellow, gold or silver

• 1 6X4 foam square for the heart - red or other coordinated color

• Stick on small glittery letters

• Gold or Silver 8" diameter foil doily

• 4" string or ribbon

                                            plus

• ruler
• scissor
• glue
• hole punch

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut 6 1" by 6" strips from the star foam squares.

 2. Fold heart square in half and cut out a heart.

 3. From the star strips, make two triangles, glue each end.  Trim any excess from corners so they are pointed.

 4. Glue triangles together as shown.

 5. Use glitter letters to write "I am the Lord your God" on the heart (can also write them with pen).

 6. Glue heart to center of star.

 7. Glue star to doiley.

 8.  Use hole punch to make a hole at the top of the star (through doily) and use string or ribbon to make the hanger.

Variations: Cut two triangles from foil wrapping paper instead of using foam strips.

                Sprinkle or use glitter to outline the star and heart.

                          Instead of a doily, use an 8" diameter circle of quilted or other Christmas fabric
